Patient Negative One

Run the entire trial once, before the first patient exists.

PN1 is the dress rehearsal. Reading your own protocol, it builds the drills that exercise every part of the live machine — systems and access, participant communications, visit conduct, source documentation, data entry, data processing and queries, drug and randomisation, safety reporting, monitoring — then walks a simulated subject through a real visit, field by field, so the first real patient meets a site that has already done this once.
